I had surgery with silicone and donated costal cartilage for a low nose + crooked nose + wide nose. I was worried because I had surgery at a place known for dramatic results, but it turned out natural with my face, so I like it haha. Most of all, my wide nostril base got smaller (I really didn’t have even one side-view photo from before surgery, so I couldn’t upload one. My nose was really so low that my glasses sliding down was just everyday life. During surgery, they raised it by 4 mm.)
