I think I spent about 2 million won on procedures here. The facilities are clean, everyone is kind, and the doctor seems skilled, but the counseling manager’s push to sell packages and get me to revisit actually makes me reluctant to come back. It’s affordable and the procedures aren’t bad, so I’ll keep going for what I’ve already paid for, but because of the sales pressure, I think I’ll have to think a bit about whether I’ll go again after using up all my passes. I’m satisfied with the treatment effects to some extent, but because they keep pushing sales, it makes me feel like this is a clinic that cares more about making money than customer satisfaction, or like maybe they aren’t confident in their skills? That’s the impression I get
