I didn’t really want to have osteotomy, but the main goal was correction of a bulbous nose, so I did as the director recommended >< It was pretty tough until the nasal packing was removed, but the nose shape is pretty. But if you don’t want a definite change like I did, please be cautious about osteotomy.. It hurt right after surgery, and my face also swelled a lot.
