At first, I worked hard searching local community cafes (I am in the provinces) and went to a place people said was good, but there was really no effect at all... I gave up, thinking, this must be bone that Botox can never fix, but an older friend I know said she always goes for Botox every 4 months and recommended a hospital, so I went. Looking at the photos, my jawline became almost as slim as if I had had jaw surgery, so it was a revelation... For me, it is on the level of plastic surgery. She gets it every 4 months, but for me it lasts about 1 year, so I get it once a year. But I think I will need to switch soon to one without resistance I am scared the interval might get shorter.
