I asked the director to make it natural, and the director listened well. Now that 2 weeks have passed, I wonder if I should have gone a bit higher, but I think it's better than it looking obvious.

If you're going to get nose surgery, I think it would be good to explain the nose design you want clearly to the director.
The swelling in my nose hasn't completely gone down yet, so I'm looking forward to the nose shape getting even prettier!
