Rather than a surgery that drastically changes my facial features, I wanted to first try a procedure like fat grafting that fills in deficient areas little by little, so I got forehead fat grafting. I don't have much facial fat, so after only the first session, the fat survival rate was lower than I expected. This time I had the second session, and it's now been 3 months! If you look at my previous post, I had also gotten forehead filler, but one side kept developing a sunken area, and since filler is ultimately a foreign material, I was worried about injecting a large amount. Because I normally had a sunken forehead + protruding brow bones, I had no choice but to do something to my forehead... In the end, I'm very satisfied with my forehead fat grafting! I think anything is fine as long as it's not overdone.
