In Director Lee Bo-hyung’s case, he clearly explained the limitations I have. Considering my original skin thickness and degree of deviation, there were clear limitations, and because I have a history of pneumothorax surgery, he even explained in detail the risks of using autologous costal cartilage. In Director Yoo Ji-han’s case, the consultation proceeded by explaining the surgical method first and then taking my questions. He cut out unnecessary talk, identified my needs and concerns, and then added explanations about them, which was the main point of the consultation. But I couldn’t really get a sense of how large the gap was between the ideal surgical result I wanted and a realistic result.. so that part was slightly disappointing.
