I didn’t look into it in detail and just left it to the doctor’s opinion and had surgery. I didn’t like the shape, size, or nasal tip, but it was better than my original nose. Now that it’s been 15 years since the surgery, I’m looking into revision surgery/removal, and at other hospitals I’ve heard that it isn’t bad and that there are no functional problems. It made me newly realize that, given the existing condition of my face, it was probably the best possible outcome in its own way.
