What I liked was that they first explained conservatively what kinds of problems could occur after nose surgery. They told me in advance that because the skin at my nasal tip is thin, the cartilage could show. There was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and since I went on a weekday, I was seen earlier than my appointment time.
What bothered me was that they didn’t seem curious about my desired nose. I want to create a straight nose, but I got the feeling they only make nice-looking small straight-to-slightly-curved noses? I wanted to keep the hump a bit, but they recommended shaving it all down and doing osteotomy. If I get surgery there, I think I’ll probably end up with a short, cute, neat nose.. My image isn’t cute, so I don’t know if it would suit me.
Rather than preserving the mood of my nose, I think they would make a nose without any rough edges. I think it would be good for people with small faces who want an extremely natural straight-to-slightly-curved nose!! I think the nose I’m aiming for is different, so I’ll probably remove them from my re-consultation list.
