I had my first surgery done without implants, but would it be a bit odd to do the revision surgery without implants too? I had my hump shaved down, but it wasn't fully corrected, so there’s still some unevenness left. I don’t really prefer an overly dramatic, sharp nose look, so originally I was going to get filler, but they said surgery would still be better than filler, so I did it I heard HNB is good at these kinds of nose issues and natural-looking lines, so I’m thinking of going for a consultation for revision surgery, but since it’s my second time, I’m a bit worried that if I do it the same way without implants, I’ll end up with similar results.
