I had 3 mm silicone inserted, and for the nasal tip I only used septal cartilage.... I thought I would absolutely have to use rib cartilage, but after the director looked, he said my septal cartilage seemed sufficient, and if it was confirmed to be firm, surgery could probably be done with septal cartilage only, you know?
Of course, because my alar base was very wide, he said just lifting it would make it hard to get a slim effect and that I needed alar reduction, so I had both incision and non-incision methods used and got alar reduction too.. The hump was not severe, but the nasal bridge was thick, so I also had osteotomy; please keep that in mind.

I think my bulbous nose was corrected naturally without damaging my image much, and these days even the friends I meet are really acknowledging it There will still be a lot more swelling going down from the current nose shape, so I’ll have to wait and see how slim it gets, but the nasal tip height and everything make me think this is enough
