I’m 44, and my under-eyes bulge out, so I was thinking about under-eye fat repositioning and went to a plastic surgery clinic for a consultation for the first time in my life. I hadn’t really looked up much information beforehand and just booked an appointment without much thought. But the person called the consultation manager looked at my face and diagnosed that I needed lower blepharoplasty, so I asked, “Would under-eye fat repositioning not work?” They said the surgical method isn’t something I choose, that they decide it, and that I can’t choose, so I felt a bit upset. Even when I consulted with the doctor, they said they could only do lower blepharoplasty no matter what. They also told me to get fat grafting. At the next hospital I went to, they also said that because I have a little skin sagging, they recommend lower blepharoplasty. They said I could choose under-eye fat repositioning, but the effect would be limited For now, I put down a deposit for under-eye fat repositioning and came back, then searched intensely and found this community. As I kept searching a lot about lower blepharoplasty, I started thinking that even if some wrinkles remain and the effect isn’t dramatic, it might be better if just the bulging goes down a bit and the aegyo-sal remains. I really wonder why I went without studying properly, couldn’t ask the things I was curious about properly, and put down a surgery deposit first. After looking into it, I found out they also quoted me a higher price I should get my deposit back, visit more hospitals, and then decide, right?
