I asked for osteotomy of my wide nasal bones, shaving down the bridge, and a half-boot shape, but instead the bridge became higher than before and the nasal bones on both sides felt wider (this is just my personal impression). I complained, but they said a refund was absolutely impossible. They did correct the crooked nose better than before surgery, but it was disappointing.. I had previously undergone medial and lateral nasal bone osteotomies, so even with postoperative swelling I could tell whether it was bone or actual swelling. When I said my nose looked bigger than before, they said it was swelling.. Years have passed now, and it was not. Also, when I asked them to wake me during the surgery so I could check the progress, they said okay, but woke me only after suturing the lower part and asked whether I was okay, which was frustrating.. lol
