I did not get to see the doctor. Of course I could not, since I had not made an appointment and simply called that day to ask if I could come in immediately. I waited two hours, but I had just shown up, so I did not mind that either. It was almost 7 p.m. when I consulted with the coordinator, and she was extremely professional. She seemed to have studied this field extensively. Usually coordinators take over and add one procedure after another, but this coordinator recommended only exactly what I needed. I was worried because it seemed like a factory-style clinic, but the coordinator was so good that I felt reassured. The clinic closed at 7, but around 8:40 p.m., she sent me a summary of today’s consultation and even the doctor’s selections by messenger. I highly recommend the coordinator, but I cannot remember her name at all. I threw away all the business cards, unfortunately.
