The coordinator was extremely kind on the phone, and all the staff welcomed me warmly and cheerfully, which helped me relax a lot. I also liked that there was no pressure to book after the consultation. They simply told me to think about it comfortably and contact them. I knew the doctor had many years of experience, but perhaps because I asked many questions, they explained everything in detail and professionally, which I appreciated. I also read other posts, and I recommend researching to some extent and bringing a list of questions; it seems to make consultations more useful. They honestly explained everything, including the bone structure, recovery process, and possible side effects. After consulting in person, the doctor seemed steady-handed and calm, so I had no particular concerns.
