I chose this clinic because, among all the places I visited, the director and surgeon were the kindest. Everyone, if you are slim and not concerned about back fat, I think arm liposuction alone is enough. If not, if I had another chance, I would have done back liposuction and bra-line liposuction at the same time. I could probably do it again now, but the access points for the back and arms are somewhat similar, so I feel I would be left with more scars and cannot bring myself to do it. You should also carefully design your desired arm contour with the surgeon. Otherwise, the upper arm may be thin while a lot of fat remains around the elbow For reference, it has been almost a year since my arm liposuction, but I still feel as if my armpits are tearing when I fully extend and move my arms back to stretch them, or hang from something like a pull-up bar. Anyway, I am satisfied. Just not 100% satisfied... because the fat above my elbows bothers me.
