They recommended functional rib cartilage + MegaDerm + no implant. It seems like the director generally tends to use functional rib cartilage and MegaDerm quite a lot as preferred materials. They had a nose-change prediction program, so it was nice because I could see in detail how my nose would change. I was worried because MegaDerm has a high dermal absorption rate, so I had it done at another clinic. Still, they gave me a very long consultation and seemed skilled, so this was a clinic I kept considering until the end.
