I thought fat grafting would look more natural than breast implants, and I am not that greedy about size either, so I went for a consultation. They said they would harvest from the flank area, and if I wanted, other areas were possible too, but there would be an additional cost. It was cheaper than I expected. But it seems like everyone basically does a second session. Is the effect not that great?
