My protruding jaw was usually very severe, and I had Class III malocclusion... I kept debating whether I should get double-jaw surgery, but I got protruding jaw correction instead. It has really improved a lot compared with before, but I still feel a little unsatisfied, so I'm thinking about surgery for my chin-tip line. I never imagined it could improve this much with orthodontic treatment too haha
