I’m going to get the cotton packing removed tomorrow Maybe because it included osteotomy and nostril reduction, it feels like I got hit with a hammer, and my nostrils feel lifted and like they’re tearing.. I can feel all the stitches exactly as they are It’s so painful.. People who had successful nose surgery are really amazing and worthy of respect.. It hurts so much
