I had double eyelid surgery with natural adhesion about 10 years ago..! Even at a glance, my eyelid skin was thick and... puffy, but at the time the doctor said natural adhesion (a non-incisional surgical method) would be fine too.. And not long after I had my double eyelid surgery there, that hospital was in the news repeatedly for ghost surgery and a major accident during surgery ^^;; In the end, one side came undone recently, so I had revision surgery The revision surgeon said that because my eyes were thick, it looked like I needed ptosis correction and an incision, and even during surgery they said there was a lot of skin They said if it had been fat, they would have removed it for me, but since it was skin, it was difficult haha
Anyway, if you have thick eyelids, finding a good doctor is important, but I really recommend that you do not automatically look for natural adhesion or non-incisional surgery clinics
