I’m worried because of my protruding lower jaw and long lower face, so last time I went to a dental clinic and had an orthodontic consultation. The conclusion was that other than making my teeth neatly aligned, nothing could improve, they said. I’d have to extract four teeth and put in four screws to widen my face horizontally.. It feels like a loss, so I’m planning to go straight for double-jaw surgery. If anyone has a case like mine, could you share your review?
