A somewhat ambiguous clinic? For my first surgery, silicone + autologous costal cartilage was recommended, and I had the consultation while they took photos and edited them in Photoshop. I visited through a recommendation from an acquaintance, and both the director and the consultation manager were kind during the consultation. Autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery felt a bit burdensome Still, it seems like they place importance on safety while doing two surgeries a day.
