Since I kept having revision surgeries, I was in a really difficult place psychologically too. After getting a consultation here, I think I gained a lot of positive thoughts and strength. The director was kind, but also empathized well and said a lot of encouraging things. On top of that, after experience and the consultation, the next most important thing to me was the system. From the system the consultant explained to me, it seemed very well organized. So I put it on my final list, and it’s one of the places I’m thinking about positively.
