They were kind at the front desk. After that I paid right away and went upstairs, but there were so many people that it felt chaotic. After waiting a bit, I got the laser treatment right away, but the doctor was different each time. Sometimes a woman came in, and sometimes a man came in. I cannot say it had some amazing effect, but my skin texture seems better than before.
