I’m finally writing a review from when I went for a consultation before. I was waiting in the waiting room, and a patient was crying in the consultation room.... I don’t know what went wrong.. Even before my consultation, I felt anxious too while waiting... The manager kept speaking casually and rudely to the crying patient, so my trust dropped even more. The consultation with the director was okay. Compared with other places, it was just so-so. Next was the consultation with the manager, and she spoke the same way... In this day and age, why speak informally like that,, I’m scared they might treat me like that even after surgery, and it felt unpleasant, so I don’t think I can book surgery Even if they were kind, it still might not be enough, so is it right for a hospital to act like that just because someone is young? I heard from someone else here that they got sued for writing a hospital comment, so I’m scared they might contact me too.
