It was natural, but it was so unnoticeable, and there wasn’t much difference from my original nose, so I had the silicone refitted and placed higher, and had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I thought I might end up worrying about the scar after harvesting the autologous costal cartilage, but now the scar is almost invisible. I applied ointment diligently and also received scar laser treatment. From the side, it definitely looks much higher, and I wondered if it might look too dramatic, but surprisingly, maybe because it harmonizes well, it looks naturally pretty. That said, it’s not as unnoticeable as before, and people who know me can definitely tell that it changed. Still, it suits my overall face well, so I think people who don’t know me probably wouldn’t notice.
