My bulbous nose, which used to look bulky, changed dramatically with just one surgery. When I first had the surgery, it was uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep lying down, washing my hair was hard, and there was pain at the autologous costal cartilage harvest site too. I think it was uncomfortable for about a week?!! I couldn’t even wash my face properly haha. After that, there wasn’t really anything uncomfortable, and the bruising seemed to be gone within 2 weeks? After the splint was removed, I covered it with makeup when going out, so the bruising didn’t bother me much either. Now at one month, the swelling has gone down a lot:) There’s still swelling left, so it looks very dramatic, but I think it’ll be just right once the swelling goes down from here and the nasal tip comes down a bit. I went after hearing they were good at bulbous noses, and I’m so satisfied. I hope it stays like this~
