As you can tell from some of the photos I left from before surgery, I already had a nasal bridge, but I did not like the shape, so I decided to get rhinoplasty too. As you can see, my nose was not low, so instead of silicone or a custom implant, I used a no-artificial-implant method.
At first, like many people misunderstand, I thought no artificial implant = no implant goes in at all, just my own nasal bridge itself, but that was not the case. They say no artificial implant refers to an implant used on the nasal bridge after shaping cartilage such as septal cartilage or autologous dermis by grinding it down and making it into a silicone-like shape, rather than using an artificial implant. So it has the advantage of a lower risk of side effects such as allergic reactions and inflammation, but the downside is that you cannot be greedy about the number of mm.
So please note that people who basically think their nose is low may have difficulty using a no-artificial-implant method! People like me who have some basic foundation, or those who are not very greedy about nasal bridge height, can use a no-artificial-implant method.
I honestly only had about 70% expectations for the line, but wow .... What is with the director's sense.... I think the line came out really well. Of course, breathing through my nose has improved, but the director performed the surgery so well with great sense. It feels like the charm I originally had was maximized after surgery.
