I had non-implant hump nose surgery + nasal tip surgery with Dr. Kim Da-alm at Obli Plastic Surgery. They refined the hump on the nasal bridge and covered it with autologous dermis, and for the nasal tip, they removed soft tissue and shaped it with ear cartilage, so my bulbous nose was corrected too. My nose had bothered me for a while, but I suddenly injured it this time and the hump grew a little, so my nose started to be the only thing I saw on my face. That’s why I had surgery, and I didn’t have huge expectations, but the shape came out much better than I thought, so I’m satisfied! People around me also all say my impression looks softer and that my nose seems to have turned out well without looking obvious haha I think they say it looks even less obvious because a lot of the swelling has gone down for being only 1 month post-op. My first priority was improving the hump, and the second was correcting the bulbous nose, and I feel like both were met well, so I’m grateful to the doctor I hope the remaining swelling in the nasal tip goes down more and, as the dermis is absorbed, the shape settles beautifully.
