I take them out when eating, brush my teeth, then put them back in The downside is that it’s hard to eat snacks because it’s annoying With traditional braces, the doctor has to adjust each thing one by one, so it depends heavily on the doctor’s skill. But with Invisalign, the Invisalign company seems to have some big-data AI deep learning? or something that helps with setting up the orthodontic plan and predicts how many aligners will come out and how long you need to wear them, so I think there may be less variation between doctors And it seems to keep developing.
