I had my nasal tip tied with Medpor over Gore-Tex before
I really just want to correct only the drooping nasal tip but I’m so scared that the skin might tear while dissecting the Gore-Tex so I just want to touch up only the nasal tip, so it stays firm and doesn’t collapse
For revision rhinoplasty, do they absolutely have to remove everything and redo it? Is there really no one who left the nasal bridge as it is and only had revision surgery on the nasal tip? If there is, please give me some info
