I got it kind of impulsively, and even though I don't think I have that much muscle, it really hurt so much.. Honestly, I went in feeling confident after reading reviews saying it barely hurts but I teared up a little while taking the elevator down Maybe because I only got it once, I couldn't really tell if there was any effect either They say you need to get it several times to see results, so next time I'll mentally prepare myself and go again
