The director was extremely thorough during the consultation, listened to all the concerns I had, and recommended surgery only for the parts that were truly needed, so my trust increased and I felt confident. I pursue a natural yet defined look, and it was nice because it was similar to what the director usually pursues. During surgery as well, the director made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence, and I liked that they were meticulous. They really paid attention during the consultation, quickly caught the patient’s concerns, and told me which parts were needed. I also fell for how meticulous the design was.
