First of all, after my first surgery, it didn’t turn out the way I wanted. When I consulted with the doctor, I said I wanted a semi-upturned nose with the tip lifted, but after the surgery, it turned out they made my nose into a straight nose that drops straight down from above my eyes. The starting point of my nose was so high that I really felt like it was ruined. On top of that, the bridge was high, but they didn’t raise the tip much, so I wanted a nose that projected forward from the side, but it became more like a line that dropsstraight downward. So 6 months later, a week ago, I had revision surgery. I wanted to raise the tip too, but they said they would only shave the nasal bridge silicone into a rounded shape, so I did that, you know? But today, after taking off the taping and coming home, I looked closely and the starting point of my nose was the same, and they only shaved the center part? of the nose. So I think I need to do it again, and if I do, I’d rather just shave down the starting point of the nose and raise the tip together too. If I end up having a third revision surgery at the same hospital, do I have to pay extra? Do I just have to pay the full revision surgery cost? For the second revision surgery, I didn’t pay…. Please help me. I heard you can do it again 2 weeks before revision surgery, but I want to go to the hospital quickly and get a consultation.
