It’s been 3 years since my nose surgery, but from the time the splint was removed, the pores on my nose became incredibly enlarged (I had never seen pores that big on a nose in my life). I thought it would get better if I went to a dermatology clinic, but even after about 2 years they’re still so visible Should I go to the hospital and talk to them about it?
