I decided to have revision rhinoplasty this time. I used silicone for the nasal bridge, donated rib cartilage for the columellar strut, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip before. But for this revision, they said they would only replace the silicone and place ear cartilage slightly on the nasal tip, so I asked if rib cartilage could be used instead of ear cartilage for the tip, and they said that wouldn't be possible I wonder why?? They said ear cartilage is better to use for the nasal tip, so it can't be done.. I thought rib cartilage was better, so please explain the reason in detail
