About a month ago, I had philtrum reduction, nasal tip surgery, nasal alar rim lift, and nostril reduction ~~ For the philtrum, I could see right away that it had shortened as soon as it was done. At first, my lips were lifted a lot, so it looked a bit funny. Now that it has been about a month, I still have some tightness in my nose and philtrum, and the swelling at the nasal tip has not gone down yet, so it is a bit blunt-looking. The philtrum reduction scar is barely visible, and only the columella wound is still red.
