I went in for a consultation about a tip rhinoplasty without an implant, and the manager was kind. The director also explained things in a calm, clear way. Unlike other hospitals, they said anesthesia is only used at the beginning, and you stay awake the whole time during surgery. I also went because they specialize in non-open procedures, but they recommended the open approach more. I didn’t feel strongly drawn to it, so I didn’t make a reservation.
