About 7 years ago, I went there for a consultation about revision eyelid surgery, revision nose surgery, and facial contouring, and they pressured me to pay a reservation deposit. When I put down the deposit, they said it could not be refunded and told me to either get another procedure instead, so this year I went and got double chin Botox. Since I was already there, I got it three times, but the effect was just so-so.
