I first had natural-adhesion double-eyelid surgery, but it came undone, so I had it redone with the incisional method. It was surprising that there seemed to be even less swelling than with natural adhesion, despite it being an incision. I wanted a natural result, so I did not make the crease very high. The downside is that the double-eyelid line is visible when my eyes are closed, which is a little disappointing, but I am satisfied with it overall.
