Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Real review of cheekbone reduction at [Clinic A]

Before surgery: My cheekbones were large compared with my lower face, so I was concerned about my facial shape. My lateral cheekbones were prominent, making the area look broad even under light, and they protruded too much at a 45-degree angle, which bothered me. Since middle school, I had wanted cheekbone surgery very badly because I considered them the biggest flaw in my face. When I first visited, all the staff were very kind, which I appreciated. I had consulted several plastic-surgery clinics, but it was rare for every single staff member to be kind. At [Clinic B], the desk staff, CT technicians, coordinator, and director were all kind, and they greeted me very warmly when I arrived and left, giving me a very good impression. The director consulted with me about what could be improved while looking at my CT images. The director said I would be even more satisfied if I also had square-jaw surgery, but my square jaw was not severe enough to warrant surgery, so I passed!! [Clinic B] was already widely known by word of mouth as being good at facial contouring, and I visited because I heard they created especially glamorous lines. Because my cheekbones had been a long-standing complex, I wanted them removed clearly rather than made merely natural or subtly glamorous! Day of surgery: After the first consultation, I set a date and became very nervous... It was surgery I had wanted so badly that I wanted to get it over with quickly, but at the same time I was so scared that I wanted to avoid it I remember the nurse taking such good care of me while I recovered in the operating room!! Thank you, haha. After surgery, my friends were amazed and said that the 45-degree cheekbones had completely disappeared despite the swelling, and that it had turned out well 🥹
