Liposuction Reviews

Back from 3 weeks after full-face fat grafting (first session)

I was deliberating over facial volume, so I looked into fillers and Juvelook. Since filling every area I wanted would probably make full-face fat grafting more cost-effective, I decided to get fat grafting! There is lots of information about double-eyelid surgery even just on YouTube, but relatively little about fat grafting, right? During the consultation, I said I wanted the result to be as natural as possible. We decided to graft fat to the forehead, temples, lateral cheeks, anterior cheeks, nasolabial folds, and chin, and also remove deep cheek fat. Perhaps because she is a female doctor, she has a great aesthetic sense and immediately understood what I wanted, so I booked right away. During the consultation, they said daily life would be possible after a week, so I thought there wouldn’t be much swelling, but it was intense... enough to bury my nasal bridge...? Yet the swelling had mostly gone down in less than two weeks. It was more swollen than expected, but it went down faster than expected too. I’m extremely satisfied with my forehead. I said I disliked an overly full look and would be fine even if the area near the ends of my brow bones showed slightly, and she matched my needs perfectly!! But it seems the nasolabial folds lose volume rather quickly? Before the procedure, I agonized a lot over whether to book the second session at the same time, and I’m glad I did. Next time I’m going to add just a little more to the anterior cheeks, nasolabial folds, and chin tip!
