Even after having lateral and lower canthoplasty, I was often told that I looked sharp, and it stressed me out So I looked into having both redone. Dr. Kim Jae-yoon at [Clinic A] was already famous for creating a pretty downward extension with dual canthoplasty, so I chose this clinic and underwent secondary lateral and lower canthoplasty! My outer corners were slightly upturned and my eyes looked short horizontally, so during the consultation I asked him to lower the outer corners as much as possible while keeping the result natural but noticeably larger. I wanted to retain my cat-like eyes while creating a softer image, which was a difficult request, but I think the result came out just as I wanted. Before surgery, I worried they might look excessively opened or unnatural, but I liked that he designed them naturally to suit my eye shape. As expected, Dr. Kim has an excellent aesthetic sense ❤️ More than a month later, my eyes look longer horizontally, and as the outer corners have dropped slightly, my overall impression has become much more open and gentle. I’m especially satisfied that my sharp-looking impression has improved into a gentle cat-like look! I’m still watching the recovery, but overall I’m satisfied because my eyes seem closer to the natural shape I wanted, haha.
