The coordinators were appropriately kind and only explained what was necessary, and there was no pressure to book or excessive sales talk. I also liked that I did not have to wait long compared with other hospitals. After filling out the questionnaire, I waited about five minutes. The consultation with the doctor was not very long, but I somehow felt a sense of confidence..? Since this is revision surgery for me and I still have my existing crease, the doctor suggested that it would be better to keep the current crease. I did want recommendations if there was a prettier crease, but I could not tell whether it was truly the best option or whether they simply wanted to move on quickly.. haha. I felt most reassured that they perform only four surgeries a day. The doctor was also very calm and seemed to avoid unnecessary talk, which gave me an inexplicable sense of trust!!
