I had been dieting diligently, and fat came off elsewhere in proportion to my efforts, but my upper-arm fat just would not go away easily. While looking into options, I received a fat-dissolving injection treatment. It has not been long since the procedure, so there is still some bruising and numb soreness, but I am focusing on the fact that I am recovering. I had the treatment on the back of my upper arms, and they definitely feel slimmer. Since I have had the treatment, I am going to diet hard again and try to achieve a more dramatic change. I have also started doing light aerobic exercise every evening and am keeping it up. My boyfriend teased me that my thick upper arms made me look burly, but now I am going to tease him with my bony-thin arms.
