[Clinic A] breast augmentation + abdominal/thigh liposuction + abdominal sculpting + hip fat grafting, 17 months post-op

I can’t believe it’s already been 17 months since surgery; time really flies haha. I underwent major work all at once, from breast augmentation to abdominal liposuction, abdominal sculpting, thigh liposuction, and hip fat grafting, but looking back, I wonder how all this time passed.. lol. I really like the abdominal definition that shows slightly when I wear a crop top after abdominal sculpting, so I’m posting it haha. When I add slightly low-rise clothes, I’m extremely satisfied because my abdominal-to-hip line looks naturally gifted. Early on, I looked in the mirror every day, worrying about when the swelling would go down and whether the shape was settling properly. But once exactly 17 months had passed, it was clearly different. Compared with the full, awkward feeling immediately after surgery, my breasts have settled into a much prettier shape, and I can feel the texture becoming softer and more natural over time. Before, I was too distracted by recovery and swelling, but now I love the overall shape and lines so much that I keep looking in the mirror, lol. I’m really satisfied with the cleavage haha, exactly the line I wanted. The liposuction and grafting areas are the same! At first I was anxiously focused only on reducing swelling and recovering, but after enough time passed, the overall change in my body line became very noticeable. Especially because the abdominal and thigh lines were refined together with hip grafting, it’s really satisfying to see my entire body shape take form. Even when I wear tight leggings for ballet, I no longer have to worry about hip dips, so the range of clothes I can choose from has become much wider haha 🤍✌️ When it hadn’t been long since surgery, I was genuinely curious how things would change after more than a year, and now it’s already 17 months—what a feeling, lol. With cosmetic surgery or liposuction, I think it’s most important not to become impatient based only on the immediate post-op appearance, but to patiently observe the long-term progress like this! My doctor at [Clinic A], Dr. Kim Min-young..!! ~~ If things become even more natural or any further changes appear, I’ll come back and leave another review :) If you have any questions, please leave a comment~~
