Now that even the residual swelling has gone down, I feel like my nose line stands out more, so I like it haha Autologous costal cartilage felt burdensome for my first surgery, but after hearing the director’s explanation, I went ahead with it, and I think I did well to listen to him I’m so happy that the nose I’d had since I was young, which used to look wide, now looks slim :)
