The waiting time wasn’t that long, and I had a consultation with the director right away. There was a waiting area by the door, and I asked about various concerns, but maybe because there were people waiting, the consultation felt like they were saying it was just simple and easy... From a patient’s perspective, it didn’t feel very trustworthy.
