A place where the director has a huge amount of energy, and the consultation manager is kind too. Maybe because they do only a small number of surgeries per day, it somehow feels trustworthy. They also spend a long time on the consultation and explain things in detail. Compared with other hospitals I had consultations at, the director's experience is somewhat shorter, but I still got the feeling I could trust them and leave it to them? If I were choosing based only on the director, I'd want to do it here, but I'm hesitating because my nose is a difficult case
